The Feminist Code is powered by a distributed volunteer team and staff who manage programs, editorial work, partnerships, and community operations. Our structure is designed for clarity and accountability so every initiative has owners, timelines, and support.

How Our Teams Work

Programs

Designs and runs workshops, fellowships, community events, and outreach projects aligned with feminist learning and community care.

Research & Learning

Develops evidence-informed resources, reading lists, briefs, and learning materials that make feminist knowledge practical and accessible.

Sexuality Education Institute

Builds culturally rooted, ethical sexuality education training, resources, and partnerships that center dignity, consent, and lived realities.

Partnerships & Funding

Builds collaborations, sponsorships, and grant pathways to sustain programs and expand access without compromising our values.

Mentorships/ Fellowships

Supports members through structured learning tracks, accountability systems, and peer guidance focused on leadership, writing, and impact.

Community & Engagement

Facilitates community spaces, onboarding, announcements, and member support to keep participation meaningful, respectful, and consistent.

Herlore Magazine

Curates literary and cultural work with strong editorial standards, spotlighting Global South voices, feminist inheritance, and creative expression.

Safeguarding & Ethics

Strengthens safeguarding protocols, reporting pathways, and accountability processes to protect community members and uphold ethical practice.
